Village Capital & Investment LLC entered a Consent Order and paid a $10,000 civil penalty for acting as an unlicensed mortgage servicer. John William Rafal had his broker-dealer and investment adviser agent registrations revoked and was permanently barred from transacting business in Connecticut, fined $15,000, and prohibited from holding certain positions in regulated entities.
