Additionally, the Banking Commissioner issued a Notice of Intent to Issue an Order to Cease and Desist and to Impose a Civil Penalty against United Guaranty Commercial Insurance Company of North Carolina for operating as a consumer collection agency without a license. The Respondent has ten days from the bulletin's date to submit written comments or request a hearing regarding these allegations.
