The Connecticut Department of Banking approved the relocation of a full-service branch by Salisbury Bank and Trust Company and authorized Magnolia Bank, Inc. to establish a loan production office in Norwalk. Additionally, the Commissioner issued a Notice of Intent to Issue an Order to Cease and Desist and to impose a civil penalty on Vanguard Funding LLC for failing to timely file required quarterly information on the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry.
