The Connecticut Department of Banking approved UBS Bank USA to establish loan production offices in Stamford and Hartford under Section 36a-412(d) of the Connecticut General Statutes. Additionally, a temporary certificate of authority was issued to TNB USA Inc. organizers to complete the organization of an uninsured bank in Norwalk pursuant to Section 36a-70. The bulletin also solicits public comments on Bankwell Bank's application to open a full-service branch in Westport, with written observations due within ten days.
