Sikorsky Financial Credit Union filed to open a full-service branch at 945 White Plains Road in Trumbull, Connecticut. The Commissioner entered into a Consent Order with Simon’s Agency, Inc., requiring a $5,000 civil penalty for acting as an unlicensed consumer collection agency. Additionally, a Notice of Intent to Issue an Order to Cease and Desist and impose a civil penalty was issued against Siwell, Inc. d/b/a Capital Mortgage Services of Texas for failing to designate a qualified individual in violation of a prior order.
