Central Portfolio Control Inc. entered into a consent order and paid a $5,000 civil penalty for operating as an unlicensed consumer collection agency. Franklin American Mortgage Company entered into a consent order and paid a $500 civil penalty for failing to timely file a branch address change and update its surety bond documentation.
