The Connecticut Department of Banking issued a Notice of Intent to Issue an Order to Cease and Desist and to impose a civil penalty against Medford Mortgage LLC for failing to timely file annual information on the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry. This action addresses violations of Section 36a-534b(c) of the Connecticut General Statutes as amended by Public Act 17-38. Written comments regarding this matter must be submitted to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten days of the bulletin's date.
