Thomaston Savings Bank is authorized to open a full-service branch at 669 Wolcott Road in Wolcott, CT, with public comments accepted until April 2, 2018. Neighborhood Mortgage Solutions, LLC entered into a Consent Order and paid a $500 civil penalty for failing to update its main office address and surety bond documentation with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry. The Commissioner alleged violations of Section 36a 490(b) of the Connecticut General Statutes regarding these reporting failures.
