The Department of Banking solicits written public comments on United Bank's amended application to convert a Loan Production Office to a Limited Branch and Savings Institute Bank & Trust's notice of planned closing of a full-service branch within ten business days. Additionally, the Commissioner issued an Order to Cease and Desist and imposed a $100,000 civil penalty on each of Capital Home Advocacy Center and Sergio L. Rodriguez for engaging in unlicensed debt negotiation in violation of Connecticut General Statutes Section 36a-671(b).
