The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits public comments on Collinsville Savings Society's application to establish a full-service branch in Farmington, with written submissions due within ten business days. A special meeting of the Banking Commissioner is scheduled for January 25, 2019, to consider TNB USA Inc.'s request to extend its Temporary Certificate of Authority to organize an uninsured bank. The Commissioner issued enforcement actions against Doulos Multiple Services, LLC and Sammy Irizarry for unlicensed debt negotiation, ordering $2,400 in restitution plus interest. Additionally, V & R Recovery was ordered to cease unlicensed consumer collection activities and fined $100,000, while S P Consulting, LLC and Steven A. Posa were fined $7,500 for unregistered investment advisory services. First Allied Securities, Inc. and First Allied Advisory Services, Inc. were fined $30,000 and required to reimburse an investor $19,265.89 for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
