The Commissioner approved Chelsea Groton Bank's relocation of its main office from Norwich to Groton. PERL MORTGAGE, INC. entered a consent order and paid a $500 civil penalty for failing to timely file a branch address change and update its surety bond. Quarve Associates, LLC was fined $7,500 and ordered to cease and desist for failing to timely file required audited financial reports.
