KeyBank National Association applied to acquire a significant part of the assets of Laurel Road Bank. Hartford Federal Credit Union and CT1 Media Credit Union, Inc. filed for approval to merge CT1 Media into Hartford Federal. Public comments on these applications must be submitted in writing to the Banking Commissioner within ten business days of the bulletin's date.
