The Department of Banking solicits written public comments on United Bank's application to consolidate its East Hartford and Glastonbury branches, with submissions due within ten business days of the bulletin date. The Commissioner issued enforcement actions against Nicole DuBach, Tru-Contact Incorporated, and Tek-Collect Incorporated for unlicensed consumer collection activities, false statements, and conspiracy, including a temporary cease and desist order and intent to revoke licenses. Additionally, Target Finance, LLC was ordered to make restitution and issued a temporary cease and desist order for soliciting and advertising small loans in Connecticut without the required license.
