The Department of Banking approved the relocation of America's First Network Credit Union's main office from Trumbull to East Hartford. A consent order required mortgage loan originator John Vecchitto Jr. to surrender his license and barred him from acting as a mortgage loan originator in Connecticut for three years commencing July 8, 2019. Additionally, the Commissioner imposed a $100,000 fine on Reed Francis Bermingham for operating as an unregistered investment adviser and misappropriating client funds.
