The Department of Banking issues a no-action position allowing licensed employees to work from home during the coronavirus outbreak, provided they maintain their licenses, are supervised by their licensee, and do not conduct public activity at the home location. Additionally, Ion Bank is approved to establish a full-service branch at 79 Main Street, Unionville, CT. Public comments on branch applications must be submitted in writing to the Banking Commissioner within ten business days of the bulletin date.
