The Commissioner approved Centreville Bank's acquisition of PB Bancorp, Inc. and the subsequent transfer of assets and liabilities from Putnam Bank to Centreville Bank. The no-action position regarding employees working from home instead of licensed branch locations is extended through May 31, 2020. Additionally, Aargon Agency, Inc. and Ceteris Portfolio Services, LLC entered into consent orders and paid $1,000 and $10,000 civil penalties, respectively, for operating as unlicensed consumer collection agencies.
