The Commissioner extended the deadline for rendering a final decision in the enforcement matter against Adam Westphalen and Mosaic Financial Strategies LLC from May 4, 2020, to July 6, 2020. This extension applies to allegations contained in an Order to Cease and Desist and related notices issued against the Respondents on March 11, 2019. Written comments regarding this action must be submitted to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten business days of the bulletin's date.
