Evolve Bank & Trust applied to establish a loan production office in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, while Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union filed to open a full-service branch in Norwalk and amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership to four additional Connecticut towns. The Commissioner issued a Temporary Order to Cease and Desist against Professional Bureau of Collections of Maryland, Inc. for operating as an unlicensed consumer collection agency. Additionally, ERG Securities (US) LLC entered into a Stipulation and Agreement to pay $3,250 in fines and fees for employing an unregistered broker-dealer agent and failing to maintain adequate supervisory systems.
