Evolve Bank & Trust applied to establish a loan production office in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, while Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union filed to open a full-service branch in Norwalk and amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership to include Fairfield, Westport, Norwalk, and Trumbull. The Commissioner issued a Temporary Order to Cease and Desist against Professional Bureau of Collections of Maryland, Inc. for operating as an unlicensed consumer collection agency. Additionally, ERG Securities (US) LLC entered into a Stipulation and Agreement to pay a $3,000 administrative fine and $250 in reimbursement fees for employing an unregistered broker-dealer agent and failing to maintain adequate supervisory systems.
