The Banking Commissioner extends the no-action position regarding employees working from home until December 31, 2020. DR Bank filed notice to close a branch located at 3695 Post Road in Southport, Connecticut. Herbert H. Hafen was fined $100,000 for violating the Connecticut Uniform Securities Act by misappropriating client funds. Schupp & Grochmal, LLC, David Alexander Schupp, and related entities paid $10,510 jointly and severally for unregistered investment adviser activities, while Lawrence Insurance - 5, LLC and Joseph Lawrence Grochmal, Jr. were fined $2,000 for selling unregistered membership interests.
