Liberty Bank filed to establish Loan Production Offices in Hartford and New Haven, Connecticut. The Commissioner entered into a Consent Order with Donnell Financial Group, Inc., requiring a $5,000 civil penalty and repayment of excess interest for violating usury laws between 2014 and 2018. Additionally, AHP Servicing LLC paid a $500 civil penalty for failing to timely file a fictitious name change and update its surety bond documentation.
