The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits public comments on applications from Liberty Bank to amend a Loan Production Office to a Limited Branch and from Newtown Savings Bank to establish a full-service branch. Written observations must be submitted in writing to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten business days of the bulletin's date. These applications are subject to review under Section 36a-145 of the Connecticut General Statutes regarding safe and sound banking practices.
