Ark-La-Tex Financial Services, LLC entered a consent order and paid a $500 civil penalty for failing to update its branch address and surety bond documentation. Mountain Run Solutions, LLC entered a consent order, paying a $10,000 civil penalty and $500 in back licensing fees for operating as an unlicensed consumer collection agency.
