Additionally, the Department resolved enforcement actions involving Edward T. Weber, Niagara Credit Solutions, Inc., Pedroso Legal Services LLC, and Volumetric Fund, Inc., resulting in cease and desist orders, license suspensions, and civil penalties totaling $120,000.
