Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Company filed an application to acquire Prudential Bank & Trust, FSB. The Commissioner issued an Order to Cease and Desist and imposed a $100,000 civil penalty on Infocom Entertainment Ltd, Inc. and Roger Dyer for engaging in unlicensed debt negotiation. Additionally, Resurgent Capital Services L.P. entered into a Consent Order and paid a $2,500 civil penalty for collecting interest in violation of state regulations.
