The Connecticut Banking Commissioner entered into a Consent Order with Zenta Mortgage Services, LLC, requiring the payment of a $500 civil penalty for failing to timely file a branch address change and update its surety bond documentation. Additionally, the Commissioner issued a Notice of Intent to Issue a Stop Order, Cease and Desist Order, and Notice of Intent to Fine against The Hop Knot Franchising Corp. and Michael T. Boney for selling unregistered business opportunities and misrepresenting prior activity in their registration application.
