The Connecticut Department of Banking approved Arrha Credit Union to establish a branch in Enfield, Connecticut. The Commissioner entered into a Consent Order with US Asset Management, Inc., requiring a $10,000 civil penalty and $800 in back licensing fees for operating as an unlicensed consumer collection agency. Additionally, the Commissioner issued a Supplemental Decision and Order confirming that no changes were warranted to the prior Final Decision against 1st Alliance Lending, LLC, following a court-ordered review of additional evidence.
