The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written public comments within ten business days regarding Ion Bank's applications to establish a limited branch in Waterbury and a full-service branch in Southington, as well as Thomaston Savings Bank's notice to establish a special need limited high school branch in Thomaston. Additionally, the Commissioner issued a notice of intent not to disapprove Vanguard Group, Inc.'s acquisition of more than 10% of the stock of Webster Financial Corporation. Comments must be submitted in writing to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez.
