Northwest Community Bank filed a notice to close its branch at 11 Bryan Plaza, Washington Depot, with a proposed closing date of October 31, 2022. Oaktree Opportunities Fund XI Holdings and Oaktree Opportunities Fund Xb Holdings withdrew their acquisition statements to acquire more than 10% of the voting securities of Patriot Bank, N.A. The Commissioner issued an Order to Cease and Desist and imposed a $100,000 civil penalty on Sixela LLC d/b/a CNAC for operating as an unlicensed sales finance company and failing to file required location change notices. Additionally, an Order to Cease and Desist, Order to Make Restitution, and Notice of Intent to Fine were issued against Clipper Capital Group LLC, T&T Capital Partners LLC, and Steven Alan Tavares for selling unregistered securities and violating antifraud provisions.
