The Connecticut Department of Banking approved Liberty Bank to establish a Loan Production Office in Springfield, Massachusetts, with a proposed opening date of June 2023. The Department entered into Consent Orders with FINEXPRESS Mortgage LLC, PrimeLine Capital, Inc., and eHome Loan Advisors, LLC, requiring each entity to pay a $500 civil penalty. These penalties were imposed for failing to file address change notifications with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry at least thirty calendar days prior to the change and for failing to provide required surety bond endorsements.
