REI Holdings, LLC d/b/a Neff Companies, LLC was issued a Temporary Order to Cease and Desist and an Order to Make Restitution for operating as an unlicensed consumer collection agency. SandP Solutions, LLC d/b/a Bitcoin of America was ordered to make restitution and provide disgorgement for operating Virtual Currency Kiosks without a money transmission license.
