The Commissioner approved the merger of Northeastern Connecticut Healthcare Credit Union into America’s First Network Credit Union pursuant to Section 36a-468a of the Connecticut General Statutes. The proposed effective date for this merger is April 1, 2024. Written comments regarding this action must be submitted to the Banking Commissioner within ten business days of the bulletin's date.
