The Commissioner approved the merger of Wellness Federal Credit Union into American Eagle Financial Credit Union, effective July 2024, and authorized Capital Business Lenders, Inc. to operate as a business and industrial development corporation. Additionally, the Commissioner entered into Consent Orders with BITSTOP and Peoples Auto for operating without required licenses, imposing $10,000 civil penalties on each entity along with $400 in back licensing fees for Peoples Auto.
