The Connecticut Department of Banking issued a Written Agreement against Fieldpoint Private Holdings, Inc., and Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust pursuant to Section 36a-59 of the Connecticut General Statutes following identified deficiencies. The Commissioner approved Better Local Capital, LLC to operate as a business and industrial development corporation under Section 36a-628. Additionally, Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union filed notices to close branches in Norwalk and Milford, with a proposed closing date of November 15, 2024.
