Additionally, the Commissioner entered into a Consent Order with LoanSnap, Inc., revoking its Connecticut mortgage lender license due to multiple violations including false NMLS disclosures, failure to file required reports, and advertising in unauthorized states. Written comments regarding these enforcement actions must be directed to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten business days of the bulletin's date.
