The Connecticut Department of Banking approved Liberty Bank's application to establish a controlling interest in an LLC and authorized Holyoke Credit Union to amend its bylaws to expand its field of membership to include members of Hartford County. Additionally, Fnality International Limited filed an application to organize Fnality Bank US as an innovation bank in Fairfield County. Written comments on these matters must be directed to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten business days of the bulletin's date.
