Sikorsky Financial Credit Union applied to open a new branch in Fairfield, Connecticut, with a projected opening date of September 1, 2025. Americay Mortgage Corporation and Christopher Jon Gilnack entered into a Consent Order resolving allegations of regulatory violations, requiring the refund of rescoring fees to Connecticut residents and imposing a five-year ban on Gilnack acting as a control person for any mortgage lender in the state. 1 Main Capital Management, LLC agreed to pay a $500 fine to resolve its failure to file certain Form ADV items as an exempt reporting adviser.
