Northpointe Bank applied to establish a loan production office in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, with a proposed opening in May 2025. The Commissioner issued notices of intent to revoke licenses and impose penalties against Woodbridge Mortgage LLC and two individuals for violations including undisclosed rebates, record-keeping failures, and deceptive advertising. A consent order required Accelerated Debt Settlement Inc. and Financial Solutions Group LLC to refund $779,910 to consumers and barred them from offering debt negotiation services in the state. Metric Financial, LLC agreed to pay a $2,500 fine for failing to meet minimum capital requirements in 2023.
