The Commissioner entered into a Consent Order with Independence Capital Recovery, LLC, requiring a $10,000 civil penalty and $400 in back licensing fees for operating as an unlicensed consumer collection agency. Additionally, a Consent Order was issued to Growthpoint Technology Partners, LLC, mandating a $2,500 fine and a cease and desist order for failing to register a broker-dealer agent.
