The Connecticut Department of Banking imposed a $10,000 civil penalty on Nations Client Resolution, LLC, for operating as an unlicensed consumer collection agency since January 1, 2025. Additionally, Ondo Capital Management LLC and Ondo I LP were fined $1,000 and $500 respectively for failing to timely report their regulatory status and file required notices with the Commissioner. These enforcement actions address violations of the Connecticut General Statutes and the Connecticut Uniform Securities Act.
