The Connecticut Department of Banking scheduled a special meeting for March 10, 2026, to consider Moneycorp Bank US's application for an extension of its Temporary Certificate of Authority to organize an innovation bank. The Department also issued cease and desist orders and imposed civil penalties against Omnipoint Management Solutions LLC for $100,000 and against Zions Debt Holdings LLC, Christopher Thayne Carter, and Brian Scott Fuller for $100,000, $20,000, and $20,000 respectively, for violations of consumer collection agency licensing and conduct regulations.
