The Connecticut Department of Banking approved Newtown Savings Bank to establish a new limited branch in Bridgeport and accepted Numisma Bank's application to open a representative office in the United Arab Emirates. A Consent Order was issued against Norwalk Hospital Credit Union, Inc. following identified examination deficiencies. Additionally, 968 W Veterans Realty LLC entered into a Consent Order requiring a $10,000 civil penalty and $2,000 in back registration fees for executing 36 unregistered commercial financing agreements.
