Bulletin DFR 2026-4: Withdrawal of Insurance Bulletins INS 92-5, 98-1, 99-5, 2001-4, 2001-6, 2002-5, 2003-9, 2005-3, 2006-3, 2006-6, 2007-1, 2009-5, 2009-10, and 2013-1
The Division of Financial Regulation withdraws fourteen insurance bulletins, including INS 92-5, 98-1, 99-5, 2001-4, 2001-6, 2002-5, 2003-9, 2005-3, 2006-3, 2006-6, 2007-1, 2009-5, 2009-10, and 2013-1. This action applies to all insurers of health insurance and property and casualty insurance operating in Oregon. The withdrawal is effective upon issuance on July 13, 2026, as the listed bulletins are no longer necessary due to statutory changes, industry advancements, or irrelevance.
