The Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka directs all Trustees of Collective Investment Schemes to submit half-yearly Compliance Reports using a prescribed format. These reports must be approved and signed by the head of the trustee and at least one senior management staff member, and must reach the SEC no later than the 20th day of the month following the reporting period. The directive mandates detailed disclosures regarding regulatory conformity, related-party transactions, investment breaches, liquidity issues, and suspicious transaction reports effective immediately.
