ESMA invites stakeholders to submit comments on the impact of inducements and costs and charges disclosure requirements under MiFID II by 6 September 2019. The consultation targets firms subject to Article 24(4) and (9) of MiFID II, including investment firms, credit institutions, external AIFMs, and UCITS management, as well as consumer groups and investors. Responses must address specific questions regarding disclosure requirements for professional and retail clients and variations across Member States.
