Cancellation of BSP Registration for MFGH, TNP, WILMAS, AUD-PHP, and Mohur as Money Service Businesses

AUD-PHP Trading Inc. (AUD-PHP) and Mohur, Inc. (MOHUR) - Cancellation of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Registration to Operate as Money Service Businesses (MSB) The Monetary Board (MB) has approved the cancellation of the BSP registration of the following Entities to operate as MSBs, as detailed below:

Remittance Agent with Money Changing/Foreign Exchange Dealing MB Resolution No. 572.C dated 25 June 2026 Mohur, Inc. Remittance Platform Provider MB Resolution No. 572.D dated 25 June 2026 The cancellation was made in accordance with Section 901-N (now Section 001-M of the M-Regulations) of the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions (MORNBFI). The above-mentioned Entities have ceased operations and, consequently, no longer meet the requirements for continued registration as MSB with the BSP. For information and guidance. LYN I.
