Cancellation of MAS Notice 1108
MAS Notice 1108 on Banking Secrecy – Conditions for Outsourcing is cancelled with effect from 11 December 2024. This cancellation applies to the notice dated 28 June 2021 and is issued pursuant to the Third Schedule, Part 2, paragraph 3 of the Banking Act 1970 as applied by section 55ZI(1). The notice is addressed to merchant banks.
