CDBL: Declaration of Square Pharmaceuticals Limited Shares as Eligible Securities

The Securities and Exchange Commission declares shares of Square Pharmaceuticals Limited as eligible securities effective January 23, 2004. Consequently, trading of these shares on the Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and the Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited is prohibited from January 24, 2004, except for off-market transactions.

Order

Under the powers conferred by Section 17 of the Depository (Practical) Regulations, 2003, the Securities and Exchange Commission declares the shares of Square Pharmaceuticals Limited listed on the Stock Exchange as eligible securities effective January 23, 2004.

As a result of this declaration, trading of the shares of Square Pharmaceuticals Limited on the Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and the Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited will be prohibited from January 24, 2004, except for off-market transactions.
