Central Bank of Jordan Circular: Insurance Business Management Companies License Renewal for 2026
The Central Bank of Jordan requires insurance business management companies to submit license renewal applications for 2026 by Thursday, November 27, 2025. The submission must include a completed renewal form, a report of activities from the previous year, details of contracted insurance companies, a list of senior management and authorized signatories, non-criminal record certificates, professional liability insurance, updated commercial registration, a signed declaration of compliance with Insurance Business Regulation Law No. 12 of 2021, and payment of annual fees. Additionally, companies must appoint a Data Protection Officer in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 and submit the required documentation.
