Based on the provisions of Article (69/A) of Banking Law No. (28) of 2000 and its amendments, Article (15) of the Effective Corporate Governance Instructions for Banks, and Article (17) of the Effective Corporate Governance Instructions for Islamic Banks, please ensure to provide us with the attached statements, properly filled out, within two weeks from the date thereof, for the year 2016 data. These will be provided to you in the form of an (Excel) file via email to the Compliance Officer. We emphasize the necessity of providing us with this data annually by the end of the first quarter of each year at the latest.
